Introducing the "Worth Listening To: Activity Book," designed with the belief that everyone, regardless of age, deserves to be heard. This engaging and thoughtful activity book is created for both mentors and mentees, featuring 38 sessions. We recommend one to two sessions per week, with each session lasting no more than 30 minutes.
The pack includes sessions covering a range of emotions and experiences, such as Joy, Madness, Anger, Sadness, Envy, Guilt, Anxiety, Ego,Hypocrisy, Indifference, and Mess.
For educators and others tracking progress, the book provides a Start-Up Form and three Review Forms. Mentees can also set goals for what they wish to achieve.
Half of the book consists of 'Session Sheets' where mentees can reflect on previous sessions or discuss what's on their mind. Whether you're a parent, teacher, teaching assistant, or youth worker, this pack offers everything you need for a successful mentoring relationship—except the pen!
