At Mentoring for Schools, we strive to provide high-quality resources and training to support your learning and development. However, due to the nature of our products, we have the following refund policy in place:

Digital Subscriptions & Downloadable Resources

All subscriptions to our online resources and training are non-refundable. Since our resources are instantly accessible upon purchase, there is no way to verify whether all materials have been downloaded and used. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds for any subscription plans, including annual memberships. Please review our offerings carefully before purchasing.

Physical Activity Books (Pay-Per-Print)

For purchases of our physical activity books, we do offer partial refunds under the following conditions:

• Customers must email us at [your email address] to request a return.

• All books must be shipped back to us in their original condition.

• Once received and inspected, we will refund the profit portion of the books plus 20% of the cost to produce the book as a courtesy.

• Please note that we do not offer full refunds at this time.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
